Allegations, not convictions
Nothing on this site is a finding of any court, tribunal or authority. Entries describe conduct documented in public reporting and public footage. Where an entry characterises that conduct, the characterisation is opinion based on the disclosed sources, and the sources are linked so you can reach your own conclusion.
No entry asserts that any person has been charged with, tried for, or convicted of any offence unless it links to a report saying precisely that.
Who this site covers
- Public figures, acting publicly: office-holders, candidates, and people who have spoken or acted publicly on the matters covered.
- Their public and official acts and public statements — not their private lives, families, or associates.
- Private individuals are not identified here.
Accuracy and its limits
Claims are sourced where possible. A claim that is not yet backed by an openable link is marked UNLINKED on the page and should be treated as unverified. See methodology for what that means in practice.
Reporting from a fast-moving situation is provisional. Pages are rebuilt periodically and may lag events. Errors are corrected and logged publicly at corrections.
Right of reply
Anyone described on this site may respond. Send a statement to cockroach@sarkaar.wtf and it will be published on the relevant page, unedited except for length, alongside the entry it answers. You do not have to prove us wrong to exercise this.
